FARNHAM, VA - September 11th, 2019 – The Francis Edwards for Delegate Campaign is excited to formally announce that Francis will be present at the NAACP Candidate Forum being held tomorrow by the Westmoreland County NAACP at the A T Johnson Alumni Association. This is a valuable opportunity for residents of the Northern Neck to ask vital questions to the candidates running to represent the 99th District in the Virginia House of Delegates.
While Mr. Edwards is very excited for the opportunity to talk to people coming from all over the Northern Neck, it is disappointing that his opponent will not be at this forum. This will be the second forum Delegate Ransone has missed this year. Opportunities for the residents of the Northern Neck to come together and have their questions answered are truly valuable to those who attend.
Even as Delegate Ransone will not be attending this forum, Mr. Edwards is delighted at this opportunity to answer questions. He believes that the people of the 99th deserve to be heard and this occasion is a great method for them to share their opinions. Mr. Edwards has traveled throughout the Northern Neck to listen to people’s concerns and he believes the chance to hear from so many people within the district must be valued. While his opponent will not be present on the stage in front of her constituents, Mr. Edwards will be present, answering questions and providing the attendees with his vision for the 99th.
The NAACP Candidate Forum will be held Thursday, September 12th, 2019 from 7 PM to 9 PM. The forum will be held at A T Johnson Alumni Association at 18849 Kings Highway, Montross, Virginia.
